2) Payment:

- Credit Card via Barclaycard Gateway (Most Credit Cards accepted)

- PayPal

- Bank Transfer

- Cheque (payment must clear before despatch)

- Cash – maximum £5000

 

3) Credit Card Security:

- Buggies4one Ltd is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard compliant and no credit card details are held by Buggies4one Ltd

 

4) Delivery:

- All Golf Buggy deliveries within 250miles of post Code DY5 4TP Free

- All other items charged at cost  Personal delivery with training available - quote on request

- All orders will be despatched within 48hours and delivered within 4 days not including weekends from confirmation of order by email or telephone.

 

5) VAT:

- UK and European orders - VAT added at Country rate

- VAT Exemption available based on GOV UK guidelines and certification

 

6) Warranty:

- 12 months warranty on all parts excluding wearing parts.

- Buggies4one Ltd understand the importance of privacy and will always respect and value the privacy of any data we collect from our Customers – The General Data Protection Regulation (UK-GDPR) provides the guidelines which we will follow to protect customers data – The type of personal data we collect is to enable the process and delivery of customers’ orders and this may involve:-

If the order is a gift or for a third party the information collected will be the name address and a contact phone number.
